How I work

I am usually most useful in the middle of a project: where the idea is real, the shape is still a bit fuzzy, and the practical details are starting to matter.

I like helping teams turn that stage into something clearer: sensible scope, better questions, shared decisions, useful documentation and fewer surprises near the end.

I work best with trust, clear ownership and collaboration across delivery, design and development. I am less interested in project management as a separate layer, and more interested in the point where planning, people and the thing being built actually meet.
